​Babo is unbleached natural tissue which is largely used in China as an eco-friendly product.
The focus of the project was creating a new personality by delivering the message to customers properly and launching the product successfully in U.S.
PROBLEMS
Most customers didn't know that Babo was eco-friendly product because of the inconsistent brand color and the unclear user interface of their website.

INITIAL RESEARCH
To understand the audience and eco effort we want to support, we did border analysis of the environmental issues caused by waste of toilet paper.
​
After that, we researched all brands known for their eco-friendly products, and identified the common characteristic that is involved in green product, and set the target consumer group.
